rambling [17 Dec 2009|12:23pm] moebot I had like two hours of sleep yesterday night because I woke up for some strange reason after going to bed and then I heard noises coming from downstairs and my sister was watching Watchmen so I sat down to watch it with her and the next thing I knew it was 5 am and I was planning to wake up at 7 anyway buuuuuut I couldn't go back to sleep so I just stayed up and now I'm on campus and I have an exam in about 1.5 hours :[ And for some reason I barely did any studying but I am not nervous at all and I KNOW this is some sort of false calm possibly planted within me by the devil or some shit like that but I can't bring myself to care about this exam or this grade or this semester because I am so close to being done and blaaaaaaaaaaaah And all I can think about is how no one wants to go watch A Single Man with me tonight so I might just go by myself downtown and watch it and possibly fall asleep during it. ...Man, I am still not studying for this exam. ALMOST THERE [15 Dec 2009|11:15am] cue One more class to go! I picked up my life drawing portfolio today, 100% wow. He even gave me full attendance even though I went home sick on the last day. I'm pretty chill now. I also got an A in Typography. I redid my shitty shopping bag and actually made it look like embroidery with thread and everything and teacher was impressed, yay. I think I might have gotten an A in writing too, but I'm not sure. She has the research assignment on twice, one the turn it in version, and the other just normal grade version. And she put 100 in the turn it in version, but nothing in the other version, so I'm just confused. I HIGHLY DOUBT I GOT 100 ON THAT PAPER. I mean I did look it over a lot and corrected stuff, but no. I pretty much bombed the Art History exam yesterday. I missed 3 classes of notes, and I don't own the history textbook, so whooops! I've gotten A's on the rest of the exams, so I should get at least a B. I have the colors and the thumbnails for 2-D finished! I just need to draw it out with my tablet and make it shiny. I actually planned out everything, even the typeface, so hopefully it comes out decent. At some point I'm going to put all the work I did this semester on lj, so I don't lose anything ): Also my camera broke, and I'm really pissed. I'm gonna check out if I can use the warranty on that thing, at least I didn't throw away the box!
